Areas of concentration consist of Department of Defense, Banking, Finance, and Retail. Mr. Zeterberg has held positions of Test Directorate, Senior Systems Engineer Analyst and Senior Software Engineer for Department of Defense contracts and Banking Applications. Government experience consists of authoring white papers and conducting trade studies in compliance with studies of the Software Engineering Institute of Carnegie Mellon University and achieving Level 4 of The Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), the most highly regarded methodology of the Department of Defense.

Mr. Zeterberg was Team Lead of the Software Engineering Lifecycle Process for a DOD finance application contract with a team designated to him. Erik has conducted research and implemented various methodologies implemented in various software-intensive systems. As Team Lead in the Software Development Lifecycle for a team of DOD Software Engineers, Mr. Zeterberg has performed system and architecture design for DOD Proposal and Bidding Software for finance and accountancy. Projects include Missiles and Fire Control, Space Aeronautics, Maritime and other DOD entities. Erik has received praise from various organizations for achieving superior leadership in Software Testing and Performance Analytic studies for various projects in government and finance.

Mr. Zeterberg has maturation and proficiencies in 37 Microsoft technologies, 24 Programming Languages, 4 Relational Databases and competencies in all Development Environments used for coding. Erik has been trained through official Microsoft Curriculum by Gold Certified Microsoft Partners.

Spending seven years in Finance and Banking, Mr. Zeterberg has provided services as a Senior Software Engineer in conducting Architectural planning, Business Analysis, Deployment Teams, System Engineering and coding in all Microsoft development languages. Regarded also as a Senior Web Developer, Mr. Zeterberg has sat on various Code Review Boards for several industries for his studies in practices and patterns in Microsoft standard deployed technologies. Erik has built several banking software packages used by national Banks and Credit Unions. Processes and Procedures

Mr. Zeterberg helps organizations and corporations build software and web-based applications using software engineering practices of the world renowned Software Engineering Institute (SEI) of the Carnegie Mellon University. Erik uses effective Microsoft .NET architecture-centric practices to better predict the impact of software architectural decisions on quality attributes such as survivability, security, performance, dependability, and maintainability. Mr. Zeterberg uses intuitive abilities to predict, evaluate, and manage critical performance attributes of software-intensive systems to reduce costs and increase quality in software product lines. Mr. Zeterberg architects and designs distributed applications involving making decisions about its logical and physical architecture and the technologies and infrastructure using the Microsoft .NET Framework to implement its functionality in business processes that will perform (client’s functional and business requirements), and the levels of scalability, availability, security, and maintainability required. Foundations are as follows:

• Solves the business problem the client addresses.
• Addresses security considerations from the start, taking into consideration the appropriate authentication mechanisms, authorization logic, and secure communication.
• Provide high performance and optimization for common operations across deployment patterns.
• Deploy redundant, high-availability data centers.
• Scale applications to meet the expected demands, and supports a large number of activities and users with minimal use of resources.
• Create manageability, allowing operators to deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot the application as appropriate for the scenario.
• Maintain functional predictable locations and design taking into account diverse application sizes. The support teams vary in skill sets for ever changing business and technical requirements.
• Work in various application scenarios (C, C++, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, AJAX, JavaScript, Flash, HTML 5) and deployment patterns.

Mr. Zeterberg identifies and matures methods and techniques for web-based applications through methodologies, such as the Capability Maturity Model Integration Model (CMMI) and Agile methodologies, to routinely produce work on schedule with reduced development time and significantly reduced numbers of defects in delivered code. Mr. Zeterberg identifies and establishes baselines for web based applications through providing documentation and studies of the seven stages of a Software Development Lifecycle of the Software Engineering Institute.

1. Proposal procedures
2. Planning procedures
3. Requirements procedures
4. Design procedures
5. Development procedures
6. Test Procedures
7. Deployment Procedures

Customer objectives are transformed into software disciplines through the repositories. Projects are rich in addressing real-world practices and procedures through Mr. Zeterberg’s Software Engineering Process documentation. Repositories include:
