The State, Markets, Corporations, Cultures, and Classes are shorthand ways of speaking about patterns in the acts of the sovereignty in the practices of “Dismal Science” of economic theories. The measure of satisfaction received by a consumer from consuming a good or service, utilitarian dismal science, are the basis for a majority of American economic models, the assumption countrymen are rational and will always attempt to maximize their utility from practicing monetary or non-monetary gains.
 | Southwest Florida, as cooperative Florida residents of the State, are motivated by improving their environment through rationality, for irrationality appears to be more the more fundamental in normality due to separation of cultures and sexism facing days of machination and individualism. |

Dismal Science – Homo reciprocans
The Homo reciprocans economic theory of the Southwest Florida concept states that these residents of the State of Florida interact with a propensity to cooperate in agreeing to say of an action, belief, or desire that it is irrational is to claim that is should be avoided. According to Homo reciprocans economic theory, they will compromise in order to achieve a balance between what is best for them and what is best for the environment of the State of Florida. Homo reciprocans are certainly in line with empirical observations: people do produce public goods, they do observe normative restraints on the pursuit of self-interest (even when there is nobody watching), and they will put themselves to a lot of trouble to hurt rulebreakers.
Dismal Science – Homo economicus
This precept stands in contrast to the ideology of Homo economicus, which states the opposite theory- on a national level U.S. citizens are exclusively motivated by self-interest. Homo economicus, by contrast, realizes that punishing cheaters under these conditions is, like contributing to the bookie’s common pool, a pure waste of money, and so refrains from doing so.
Dismal Science – Game Theory
H. L. Mencken much less defined conscience as “the inner voice that warns us somebody is looking,” and social scientists and biologists have frequently clarified generous actions as self-interest in disguise. However, consider the results of the “ultimatum game,” with two players, a Game Theory experiment conducted in one hundred lab studies in twenty countries with highly consistent results. The experimenter selects a player at random, hands him a stack of cash, and informs him to divide it between himself and the other player. The second player can either accept the offer, in which case they split the pot of money as agreed, or reject, in which case both players get nothing. But Homo economicus, playing against another economicus player, offers only one cent, which is accepted. This is the case when you receive one cent left in change at the convenient store. The cashier expects you to not ask for it return. Most people offer between forty and fifty percent, and routinely reject offers of less than a third, even in one-shot games (where there’s no chance for revenge), even when the pot amounts to several months’ earnings.
Strikingly enough, people make large offers, but what really eliminates Homo economicus is that people reject quite substantial amounts of cash in order to punish others for not cooperating, even when it is expensive to do so. The Homo reciprocans of Lee County, Southwest Florida, however, also are motivated by justification. If a U.S. citizen is perceived as having done something wrong or insulting, the Florida resident is willing to “take a hit,” even with no foreseeable benefits, in order for the U.S. citizen to suffer. As in the game Monopoly, the Lee Resident will give up two Railroads for Electric Company and Water Works.
Dismal Science – The State Breaks for Tax
The State of the State declares that U.S Corporations are taking advantage and manipulating the tax code to minimize the current federal 35 percent tax rate they pay. Today, we will discuss the Tax Foundation’s 2010 report of the top 10 most costly Corporate tax breaks, proclaimed in George Orwell’s novel 1984 as doublespeak, “tax expenditures” will cost the U.S. Government $628.6 billion over the next five years according. The analytical continuation, the method of finding the function that coincides with the given analytic function of the taxonomy and that which remains analytic in the larger domain of the U.S. trade deficit is largely represented by imported savings.
Benefits individuals that own small corporations by placing only 15 percent tax on the first $50,000 of profit.

Cost to the U.S. Government for 5 years: $32 billion
Benefits the Investments of Real Estate Developers by tax breaks to companies that develop low-income housing.
Cost to the U.S. Government for 5 years: $34.5 Billion Dollars.
Fort Myers – Dismal Science
In 2011, “It’s a rule that’s responsible for so many larger new developments setting aside 20 percent or 40 percent of their units for people whose income is well below the area’s median gross income,” says Sarah Stodola of the Fiscal Times. In Fort Myers, Southwest Florida, low-income housing is virtually scarce in a time of period when the discipline of low-income shares of the building flourishes in the remainder of the nation. This model of dismal science is proclaimed by Thomas Malthus writing about the dangers of population growth in “An Essay on the Principle of Population”.
According to the designations of IRS Form 954, Fort Myers, the Feb 1 article of the Florida Weekly is judicative the City, a municipal corporation, as a Designated Zone and Community for IRS and Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) designation as Distressed Communities, Empowerment Zones and Enterprise Communities. To jostle the Dodd-Frank Act, the editorial states the combinatories of market strength ratios held for 50 years in Southwest Florida for a “20 percent down plus 23-36 rule that ensures principal, insurance, taxes and insurance don’t exceed 23 percent of a buyer’s gross income and all monthly expenses don’t exceed 36 percent of their income.” However, the City of Fort Myers has geospatial shift of Cultures moving to city limits. Government requirements of the mandate could prevent about 75 percent of African-Americans and 70 percent of Latino buyers from obtaining fairly priced mortgages according to a study released on January 18 by the Center for Responsible Lending and University of North Carolina Center for Community Capital.
The Central Ft. Myers, distressed communities, whose poverty rate or other conditions can create a cause and effect of any of the following tax incentives to apply to Lee County:
Allowance for the wear and tear, age, deterioration, or obsolescence of the property figures the steady annual income tax deduction that allows you to recover the cost or other basis of Lee County property.
Just as Malthus writes “As these violations increased in number and extent, the more active and comprehensive intellects of the society would soon perceive, that while population was fast increasing, the yearly produce of the country would shortly begin to diminish. The urgency of the case would suggest the necessity of some mediate measures to be taken for the general safety. Some kind of convention would then be called, and the dangerous situation of the country stated in the strongest terms. It would be observed, that while they lived in the midst of plenty, it was of little consequence who laboured the least, or who possessed the least, as every man was perfectly willing and ready to supply the wants of his neighbour. But that the question was no longer whether one man should give to another that which he did not use himself, but whether he should give to his neighbour the food which was absolutely necessary to his own existence.”

Cost to the U.S. Government for 5 years: $58 billion
Benefits High-income Investors and Corporations through exclusion of having to pay federal income tax on interest from their investments in state and municipal bonds. Some private companies with public projects are issued tax-free bonds.
Cost to the U.S. Government for 5 years: $59.8 billion
Rational Choice? – Dismal Science
Big Tax Break Number Five is the symmetry (average of the bottom nine Tax Breaks) by representing the Rational Choice Theory in a Calculus Decision Model marketing mix with the Malthusian growth model in the growth of a distressed community of lower-income housing to geospatial shifting through the City’s limits. Rational Choice Theory conceives and semblances the social contract of popular sovereignty to teach behavior of virtue through believing that one could not change human nature, Malthus wrote:
“Must it not then be acknowledged by an attentive examiner of the histories of mankind,
that in every age and in every State in which man has existed, or does now exist
That the increase of population is necessarily limited by the means of subsistence,
That population does invariably increase when the means of subsistence increase, and,
That the superior power of population is repressed, and the actual population kept equal
to the means of subsistence, by misery and vice”
Social behaviors of the City’s Rational Choice Theory are methodology based applications expressed to function as microeconomics within society are designated to demonstrate that a reasonable amount of data can be analyzed using behavioral techniques which are fine-tuned and adjusted in order to ensure compatibility with the spontaneity of motivational drives displayed by the residents. The City of Ft. Myer’s Malthusian growth model, otherwise known as the “simple exponential growth model”, has the fundamental building blocks of exponential growth based on a constant rate of a demographic shift of compound interest from lower-income housing.

You are urged to contact your State Representative to provide a solution for the Malthusian growth model, where P0 = Initial Population, e = exponent (One who Represents), r = growth rate, sometimes also called Malthusian Parameter, t = time.
Malthus ‘s Population Priniciple is mindful variants of compounded pique in his word s, “There is, however, one sense, which the term will bear, in which it is, perhaps, just. It may be said with truth that man is always susceptible of improvement, or that there never has been, or will be, a period of his history, in which he can be said to have reached his possible acme of perfection. Yet it does not by any means follow from this, that our efforts to improve man will always succeed, or even that he will ever make, in the greatest number of ages, any extraordinary strides towards perfection. The only inference that can be drawn is that the precise limit of his improvement cannot possibly be known.”
Dismal Science – Homo distributus inherits Homo sociologicus Status
The Fifth Tax Break also serves as the epicenter for explaining the analysistus of explaining how Homo distributus such as Munters, International Climate and Air Control conglomerate group with close to 2,200 employees in about 30 countries of the Fort Myers Metro Commercial District gains Tax Breaks of Machinery and Equipment, Domestic Manufacturers, and State and Local Bonds can equal the sum of Tax Break Number Ten in Income Tax Defer Controlled Foreign Companies only paying tax in the relevant foreign country. This can be the explained by the means of Rapid Cost Justification as displayed as Homo sociologicus, a tabula rasa upon which societies and cultures write values and goals, unlike Homo economicus, Homo sociologicus acts not to pursue selfish interests but to fulfill social roles, however Munters occupies the largest percentage of the Commercial Enterprise Community of the most distressed County in the United States and fails to make use of a Charles Lindbergh’s Page Field Airport a half-mile from headquarters. Instead corporate responsibility calls for, use of Southwest Regional International Airport (RSW) and use of delivery trucks to deliver the product. In 2009, Lee County constructed the a Commerce Park located west of the heart of the Airport to build a Bioengineering Community of South Fort Myers. Despite in business for biological climate control, Munter’s decided to stay put in Metro Commercial District. Oddly enough, urban and region planning of Southwest Florida proves the unjust Economic Cost Justification of Rent for Munter by these simple geography, mathematical and geometric facts:
Fact: Fort Myers has three Industrial Districts with no junctions:
No Junctions due to existing Industrial Business mill in route
- Metro Commercial Parkway
- Located 1.1 Miles Eastbound off of U.S. Highway 41
- Located immediately adjacent to Page Field
- Munter’s Headquarters (~1.1 Miles from Colonial Boulevard the transit entry for Delivery Trucks to Metro Commerical Parkway to Metro Parkway Plant)
- Alico Road
- Located 1.1 Miles Eastbound off of U.S. Highway 41
- 3.6 Miles City route to Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) Department of Bioengineering (U.A. Whitaker School of Engineering) from failed junction with Metro Commercial Parkway
- Southwest Regional Commerce Park
- 3.6 Miles from Florida Gulf Coast University Department of Bioengineering
Note: The distance between Alico Road and Metro Parkway is 2.6 miles. The Distance from Daniels Parkway at I-75 (accessible to RSW Airport), route not used for Delivery by Munster gages 3.4 Miles from I-75 entrance at Alico Road (Fort Myers’ first Commercial District) and the the entrance and exit ramps of I-75 between the roads equal .2 miles. Hence, 3.6 miles, the distance from Alico (failed junction to FGCU), as well as, FGCU to Southwest Regional Research Park. Lastly, the Distance of from Southwest Regional Commerce Park to Metro Parkway and Daniels Parkway is 9.5 miles.
Urban regional and planning mathematics breakdown:
3.6 miles: Alico Road (failed junction with Commercial Metro Parkway) from U.S. 41 to FGCU
3.6 miles: Florida Gulf Coast University Dept. of Bioengineering to Southwest Regional Research Park (RSW)
1.1 miles: U.S. 41 to failed junctions points on each perspective road, Alico Road and Metro Parkway
______
10.3 Total Miles
- .8 Mile from Munster’s Plant to Colonial Boulevard
_____
9.5 Total Geographical Geometry of Failed Fort Myers/Lee County Industry/Research Isosceles Triangle
9.5 The Distance of Metro Commercial Parkway, from Colonial Parkway to Six Mile Cypress
What does this mean? The Fort Myers/Lee County Industry/Research Isosceles Triangle Theorem. This answers why Munster drives around 15 miles out of the way through a none Industrial Business District (Colonial Boulevard) instead of the Industrial Commercial District (Metro Commercial Parkway), because they chose to use the International Airport over relocating to the Southwest Regional Research Park and may have cost us time to build the Industrial junction road before the Industrial mill was built. Munter is the most established Industry in the history of Lee County.

“A Renewal Park, the ‘Biology Park’ at Southwest Regional Commerce Park has taken place by the economic shift in geographics of Central Fort Myers Aftro-American Community because of Enterprise Zones of Fort Myers Metro Commercial Parkway and Alico Road Industrial Park because of the triangle having two these angles of equal value, thus proving the lessening of Dismal Science in Low-Income Housing as America’s role model in distressed communities”
If America wants to fix the mortgage and housing market they should:
Benefits every Multinational company in providing deferment of paying U.S. taxes until transfer of overseas profits back to the United States.
Cost to the U.S. Government for 5 years: $172.1 billion
I suggest that proper repatriate tariffs be put in place with the U.S. tax code to see the longest way round is the shortest way home. In the Idiomatic and Verbal Expressions of Richard A. Spears, Ph.D., “It may seem as if it will take too long to do something carefully and according to directions, but in fact it will take less time than doing something carelessly, because you will not have to fix it afterwards.”
As in Descartes’ Rules for the Direction of the Mind, intuition is called upon by the citizens of Lee County, Southwest Florida, in times of need for rationalism, oppose reason to “knowledge of the heart” or computational conception.
Dismal with Optimism of Options,
